Forgot Your Password?
Simply go to the Login Page and enter your e-mail address in the "Forgot Your Password" box at the bottom of the page. If you are still unable to login, please contact customercare@ezoetic.com.
Address Book
Your “Address Book” allows you to store multiple shipping and billing addresses on file, for your shopping convenience. One billing address and one shipping address is flagged as your primary addresses, and these are used as default addresses during the checkout process. You can made changes to your “Address Book” at any time by clicking on Your Account.
Order History
It’s easy to keep track of your orders and their shipment details. Under “Order History” you can view a list of current and previous orders, as well as view or print sales receipts.
Re-Order
Wish List
On every product page, you’ll see a bright green “Add to Wish List” button next to the item details. Adding an item to your “Wish List” is a great way to make note of an item you’d like to buy in the future.
Update Your Account Details
At any time, you may update your account information with eZoetic.com. Simply select “Your Account” from the grey top navigation bar. Enter your e-mail and password you chose when you registered, and you’ll be able to view and make changes to your account details.
