Top Wellness Tips, Tips For Health
Aspects
Each of us is born into this world with the innate ability and knowledge to maintain our inner harmony. It simply requires our intent to connect and embrace this natural process.
Nature
Nature is the basis of all life. It provides us with oxygen, water, food, and many other intrinsic elements on which we depend on to sustain our lives. When we align ourselves with nature, we open ourselves to our greatest potential to better support our own life and the lives of others. Appreciating nature and recognizing that we ourselves are part of nature will bring about this natural alignment.
Air
More than just oxygen, air is our connection to all things. All life breathes, and all breath is shared. When we inhale rich pure natural air, every aspect of ourselves is stimulated. We can use the air and our breath to regulate our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies, and to connect with the world and all that’s in it. The quality of the air around us determines our overall vitality and the extent to which we can use our breath.
Sleep
Sleep is essential to life, and quality sleep is essential to well being. Sleep is a dynamic process which not only rejuvenates and revitalizes our various aspects but connects us with the non physical world through our dreams.
Our sleep patterns are regulated by our internal biological clock which naturally aligns itself with the day/night earth cycle. The quality of both light and darkness we are exposed to and the body’s harmonic relationship with the earth affects the depth of our sleep.
When we dream, we leave our bodies and enter the non-physical world where our thoughts and beliefs can become things and can take forms that look and act as real as anything in the physical world. The dream world can provide us with experience, knowledge, learning and insights and can also be consciously manipulated.
We can enhance aspects of our sleep on various levels (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) with our intent. Simply by affirming a deep restorative sleep or setting a theme, phrase or question we can better tap into our natural sleep process and its benefits.
Water
The pure, clean, living water found in nature is the water we were designed to take into our bodies. Not only is the purity of the water important but the information it carries is particularly important. Nature’s water contains an abundance of life-enhancing messages, unique to its geographic region, designed to activate and stimulate us.
Few of us have access to nature’s water anymore, and in most cases our water has been so changed that it has lost its purity and nature’s signature. However, our consciousness is directly connected to, and affects, all water on the planet and can be used to restore this signature. We encourage you to read about Dr. Masaru Emoto and his research on water (it’s both enlightening and beautiful). By finding (or making our own) purified source of water, and then mentally instilling our own messages into the water (e.g. love, thanks, and appreciation) we create water which is more alive and aligned closer to the water that nature intended.
Food
Our bodies are designed to convert food into useable energy and the quality of the food we eat determines how much energy the body can produce from it. Food in (or close to) its natural state, which is full of life, provides us with the very best fuel. The body knows exactly what do to with nature’s foods and can provide us with an abundance of energy. While we all share similar basic food requirements, our bodies know our unique personal needs. How we use our energy moment to moment determines the type of foods we require. The closer we align ourselves with nature’s food and those foods that grow in our local region, the easier it is to hear our body’s subtle signals and provide it with all that it needs.
Of course, our taste buds are important too. Food as nature intended, grown in rich healthy soil and allowed to grow and ripen naturally is nourishing and delicious, and ultimately more satisfying than manmade or processed food.
Electromagnetic
We are electromagnetic by nature and communicate with everything around us on a myriad of subtle levels. Even the trillions of cells within our body are in a constant state of communication via electromagnetic signals (and biochemical reactions). We are finely tuned electromagnetic signatures in motion affected by other electromagnetic sources in our environment. It’s obvious that every breath, sound, image, word etc. has an effect on us at some level but there are also more subtle electromagnetic sources in our environments that aren’t as apparent. The modern age has brought about a sea of electromagnetic signals that we bathe in on a constant basis, (e.g. power lines, television, radio, cell phones, Wi-Fi, radar, satellite etc.) and the electrical and electronic devices we depend on every day, emit strong electromagnetic fields.
Creating distance from electromagnetic (EMF) sources, limiting our use of electrical devices and being in regular direct contact with the ground, plant life, sea water, and sunlight can help balance and reset our electromagnetic systems. However, a global effort is necessary to promote new technologies that support our electromagnetic wellbeing.
People
Work
Work can be defined as “a trade, profession, or other means of livelihood,” but when our work is our passion, we transform our means into our life’s purpose. Our work becomes our bliss and our sustenance on all levels. When we are truly passionate about our work, we draw on universal energies that are far greater forces than those forces we generate ourselves, and those forces help us create greatness. Simply finding meaning in our current work and focusing on that which brings us closer to our bliss allows this natural process of transformation to take place.
Play
While we all may have different ideas of what play is and what it means for each of us, play is rooted in our pure joy. Play relieves us from purpose and is an environment where we can simply enjoy that which makes us happy. Genuine play is truly freeing, and is essential in our lives. The beauty of play is that it can take on any form we choose and is as expansive as we allow it to be. When we incorporate play into our lives we are instilling pure joy in our beings.
Movement
Everything is in movement all the time. Our entire planet is moving us through space. Our bodies are specifically designed for movement and are remarkable in both the range and subtlety of movement that is possible. Our bodies want to move, and need to move, and it’s important that we give our bodies this attention.
Because the body is masterful at adapting to its environment and develops adaptive patterns, having others move our bodies, with the specific intent to re-create our natural balance and harmony, is equally important in maintaining our bodies’ overall health.
