We especially like to use this oil -- considered highly antimicrobial and antibacterial -- during the winter months.
A particularly strong oil, be sure to dilute if using directly on the skin, and skin test for sensitivity (i.e. 1 drop of cinnamon bark to 50 drops of massage oil base).
We love the smell of this oil, and like to use a drop on the soles of our feet. It feels both refreshing and stimulating.
When diffusing, the recommended maximum time per day is 15 minutes.
