Communication Fees: Communication fees that go beyond the time of a normal time allotted for a session or 5 minutes or longer during a "brief check in" will be billed at $7.50 per 5 minute increments.
Cancellation Policy: Please re-schedule your appointments in a timely manner. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the standard fee.
