Fourteen (14) shelf stainless steel dehydrator for drying fruit, herbs, meat, fish, and vegetables. This powerful superior quality commercial strength dehydration machine is able to dry as much as 21 lbs of meat for jerky at one time and comes with fourteen shelves.  The LED display allows the unit to be set for up to 99 hours of drying time and the automatic timer will then turn the dehydrator off.  The D-14 is the easiest model to clean and has a removable rack system allowing the fourteen shelves and their brackets to be removed for cleaning (the back panel can also be removed for cleaning).

This dehydrator is optimized for efficiency and is designed with louvers on the door to facilitate water removal and the vertical location of the two rear mounted fans improve air circulation throughout the entire dehydrator.

The D-14 is an improved replacement for the D-12 (twelve shelf dehydrator) and maintains the quality and dependability of the Sausage Maker brand.  Its stainless steel construction won't rust or tarnish, and the unit is backed by the Sausage Maker one year guarantee.

Shelves are available in stainless steel and chrome-plated (with ¾" holes).
