Return Policy
At eZoetic.com, we stand behind each and every item we offer. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your items (within 30 days of delivery) for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please note that made-to-order items may not be returned unless they are damaged (please see list below).

Mattresses, Box Springs & Mattress Pads
Gift Cards
All gift returns will be issued store credit in the form of an eZoetic.com Gift Card and will be e-mailed to you once we receive the returned items.
Please note we cannot accept returns after 30 days from delivery.
Sending Your Return
Returning items is easy:
- Pack the items safely and securely using the original package and packaging (when possible).
- Be sure to include your order number.
- Send your package to: eZoetic.com Return, 1651 S. Victoria Ave., Los Angeles CA 90019
- Request a tracking number or proof of receipt from your shipping carrier to ensure your package arrives safely.
You also have the option to request a replacement or to exchange your item. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.
