Place an Order
To place an order, simply go to the page that describes the item you want to order, and then click the blue “add to cart” button. Depending on the item, you might need to select the size, color, quantity, or style of item you’d like first.
You’ll then automatically be taken to the “Shopping Cart” page, where you’ll be able to see your order and order total. You’ll be able to make changes to your Cart here, such as increase the quantity, delete the item, or enter a gift card or coupon code if you have one. (If you’ve made changes to the Cart, remember to click “update cart” so you can see your changes reflected in the total order.)
When you’re ready to continue, click the yellow “continue checkout” button. You’ll be automatically taken through the order process which includes telling us where you’d like the order shipped, and how you’d like to pay for it.
If you like, you can send an order as a gift to another address. We do not include pricing information in any shipments, so your recipient will never see what you paid for any item. To send an item as a gift simply click the “Add Another Shipping Address” link during checkout on the Address Book page during the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a sales receipt via e-mail. Sales receipts and order history are also available by clicking the “Your Account” button at the top of the screen and going to the “Order History” section on the page.
Change or Cancel an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by sending an e-mail to
customercare@ezoetic.com or by calling (877) EZOETIC or (877) 396-3842. Please note that we are not able to cancel orders once they have been processed. Please refer to our Returns page for easy returns.

Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Please read our security policy to see how we protect your credit card and other personal information.
Gift Cards
You can use an eZoetic.com gift card to pay for any item on our website. Simply enter your gift card code on your shopping cart page on checkout. Any unused amount stays on your gift card and can be used for future purchases.
Sales Receipt
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a sales receipt via e-mail. Sales receipts and order history are also available by clicking the “Your Account” button at the top of the screen and going to the “Order History” section on the page.
Sales Tax
At eZoetic.com, we only charge sales tax for those orders sent to California (which charges 8.25%). Orders shipped to any other state is sales tax-free!
