What are "Services"?

eZoetic.com has partnered with a range of exceptional practitioners and experts in the natural health and wellness field to make their services available to all eZoetic.com customers. Practitioners and experts featured on eZoetic.com all offer their services via phone or e-mail, no matter where you’re located, but may also be available in your city for face to face consultations (check the service page you’re interested in for more information).

For example, you can browse a list of services available on eZoetic.com, select and pay for a homeopathic service, make an appointment, and then have a homeopathic consultation over the phone.

eZoetic.com, LLC carefully screens each expert and health care-related practitioner listed on this site for his or her qualifications.  However, the listing of an expert, practitioner, entity or service on this site by eZoetic.com, LLC does not constitute any warranty, express or implied, of the quality or efficacy of care, products or services furnished by that practitioner entity or service.  You expressly agree that use of this website for referral purposes to an expert and health care-related practitioner is at your sole risk.

Purchase a Service

Simply purchase a service like you would any other product Once you buy a service, you'll have access to your service instructions.  Service instructions give you information on how to contact your expert or practitioner, make an appointment, and determine what information to prepare in advance (if any).

Service instructions are immediately available via a link on your order confirmation page. You will also receive a receipt and service instructions via automatic e-mail. Once your order has been processed, it will appear in “Your Account” order history, with its own order number.

Give a Service as a Gift

It’s easy to give a service as a gift!  Simply purchase the service just as you would for yourself, and then provide the order number and service instructions to the gift recipient. When that person contacts the practitioner or expert, he or she will need to provide the original order number and provide new contact information.

Are Services Refundable?

Services are typically non-refundable.  If you have questions or concerns about a service please talk to your practitioner or expert before your appointment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service please contact us.
