We, like all living things, are made up of many interrelated and connected aspects. Each aspect is essential and designed to operate harmoniously with every other. When these aspects are in balance, it frees us to radiate the magnificence of who we really are.
Each of us is born into this world with the innate ability and knowledge to maintain our inner harmony. It simply requires our intent to connect and embrace this natural process.
The Aspect of Purpose
Everybody has purpose – that which brings us bliss. The more we align ourselves with that purpose, the more vitality we bring into the world and into ourselves. This vitality supports every aspect of our being, and from it we can create - and be guided to - wellness and harmony on all levels.
The Spiritual Aspect
While every culture on Earth may have a different interpretation of “spirituality,” most can agree on its importance to the human race. There seems to be a natural desire for us to look beyond what we can see, feel, and touch, and to explore the relationship of the metaphysical world to the physical one. The desire to reach beyond worldly concerns is as integral as breathing, and often we seek out activities which renew, lift up, comfort, heal, and inspire us (such as meditation, music, or a walk through the forest). Such activities are inherently spiritual, and can positively affect every part of who we are. Our overall health can be greatly improved by a sincere search and conscious embrace of the spiritual, however it is defined by the individual.
The Mental Aspect
Our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions define the environment in which we live. When we focus our minds on that which brings us joy, our environment shifts to align with these thoughts. By appreciating the good in ourselves and by focusing on the goodness around us and in others, our mind begins to make this our constant reality.
The Emotional Aspect
Emotions are our guide to finding our bliss. We can use the way we feel at any given moment as a guidance system to navigate the experiences we are choosing and creating. Allowing this aspect of ourselves to express and to resonate with others is our key to creating emotional balance.
The Physical Aspect
Our body is the vehicle that allows us to operate in this world. It’s a self-regulating, self-repairing system designed to adapt to the environment around it. Your body responds best when in an environment of love and appreciation, and when surrounded with other high potential material. When in this environment, the body is better able to transform the surroundings into useable energy.
