Return Policy

At eZoetic.com, we stand behind each and every item we offer. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your items (within 30 days of delivery) for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please note that personalized and made-to-order items may not be returned unless they are damaged (please see below).

All gift returns will be issued store credit in the form of an eZoetic.com Gift Card and will be e-mailed to you once we receive the returned items.
 
Please note we cannot accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

Monogrammed items
Mattresses, Box Springs & Mattress Pads
Gift Cards

Return an Item

If you need to return an item, our online Returns Center will guide you through the returns process. We will e-mail you one or more pre-paid return labels based on the number of packages to be returned. You also have the option to request a replacement or to exchange your item. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Returning items is easy:

  1. Pack the items safely and securely using the original package and packaging. If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, you may need to return multiple packages.
  2. Print your UPS shipping label (sent to you via e-mail) and tape it securely to the carton. Take care to ensure the address is clearly visible. If you are returning multiple packages, we will send you multiple shipping labels.
  3. Present the package to any UPS driver, drop box, or any authorized UPS shipping outlet including the UPS store. Click here to find a UPS location near you or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

Return Mailing Labels

We will e-mail you one or more pre-paid UPS return labels based on the number of packages to be returned.
 
Each return mailing label you receive is for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using the correct mailing label.
 
If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
 
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
