U.S. Delivery Times

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States. Orders requiring multiple shipments may arrive on different days depending on which warehouse is used to fill your order.
 
Standard: 3-8 business days (5-10 business days for Alaska & Hawaii)
Expedited: 2-3 business days
Express: 1-2 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.

Oversized items that require special shipping arrangements (as indicated on the product detail page) will be shipped using specialized shipping services. Delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to oversized shipments.
 
We do ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses on products that ship directly from eZoetic.com. Check the “availability” section towards the top of the product detail page to determine where an item ships from.  For APO/FPO orders, please contact us for special order instructions.

Shipping Rates

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order weight.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Items within your order can be sent to multiple addresses. You may also select different shipping methods for each different shipping address.

During checkout, simply click the “Ship Multiple Items to Multiple Addresses” link during Step 2 (Address Book). You’ll be able to select from the existing addresses in your Address Book, or add new ones. Please note that items shipped to multiple addresses will incur a shipping charge for each destination selected.

Order and shipment details are listed on your sales receipt, which is e-mailed to you when you place an order (and found under “Your Account” in the “Order History” section.)

Multiple Shipments

Because the items offered at eZoetic.com are located at different warehouses, your order may result in multiple shipments. Rest assured that you are only charged the shipping amount you see at the time of checkout, regardless of the number of shipments your order requires.
 
Shipments may arrive on different days depending on which warehouse they ship from.

Track Your Order

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the shipping confirmation e-mail(s) we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' website below. Your tracking number is also available under “Your Account” in the “Order History” section.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on products that ship directly from eZoetic.com. Check the “availability” section towards the top of the product detail page to determine where an item ships from.  Most items that ship directly from the manufacturer can also be shipped internationally but will take additional time to arrive and may include additional shipping fees (please contact us for a shipping estimate).
 
Please note that we cannot (at this time) ship appliances or other items that involve a manufacturer warranty to international destinations.  Shipping costs associated with warranty based repairs and/or replacements are simply too high to make this option practical.
 
We currently offer four shipping options for international orders. All items ship from the United States. Delivery times are estimates only.
 
Express Guaranteed:
1-3 business days. Tracking available.
Express:
3-5 business days. Tracking available.
Priority:
6-10 business days. Tracking NOT available.
First-Class:
Delivery time varies by destination. Tracking NOT available.
For shipments weighing up to 4 pounds only.
 
*Before placing your order, please check your country’s rules and regulations concerning international internet purchases. Customs (in your country) may inspect and/or hold and/or charge duty on items you’ve ordered. We cannot be responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
